Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
Shades Dance Theater warmly welcomes our patrons to the theatre for a spectacular performance. Please note, our shows have a strict start time. We kindly ask patrons to arrive early to ensure prompt seating before the performance begins. Late seating will not be accommodated; latecomers will be held in the lobby and seated during the first pause.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (SHADES DANCE THEATER ). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
